A Heart Transplant...

Immanuel has been at this location for many years but until recently we have acquired a new heart and a new understanding that Immanuel needs to be a church for our neighborhood.  We believe that the only way we can become a church for this community is by seeking the needs of it.  We no longer want to be a church simply for ourselves, but for the area that Jesus Christ placed us in.

We invite you to check us out, our beliefs are still deeply rooted in the scriptures; we believe God’s word should be simple, and the members of the church should be real.  The contemporary style music and the casual come as you are atmosphere, allows us to freely worship God as the Holy Spirit leads.  We are a church seeking to spread the word of God in our community and allow the Holy Spirit to send the workers for the task ahead. We can’t frill you with a country club atmosphere but we believe that God will bless us when we become real with each other and this community.

Mission & Vision Statement...

To be a New Testament Church in the community that God placed us to exist.

Reaching out to the community located within North 8th St. to North 18th St.
from Grape St. to North Treadaway.

We can only accomplish this by the guidance of the Trinity;
God the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit:

By being a church where people love one another,
uphold the Articles of Faith and Membership Covenant.

By being a church where people are real, where it doesn’t matter what we look like on the outside, but what’s in the inside that matters, because that’s what matters to God. 

By understanding and believing the God breathed scriptures and demonstrating
our love to God by our obedience to His Word.

By understanding the power we have as children of God.

By edifying one another and building each other up with the power of God’s Word.
